I came across this recipe from Rachel Ray while watching her show on tv. She has been creating recipes with 5 ingredients or fewer (except for “pantry” items). This was one of those recipes.
I made this last night and have to say that it is a keeper recipe. Surprisingly simple to make and really tasty. I would say that the key to success with this recipe is good quality ingredients. I bought a delicious piece of salami from an Italian grocer near me and a really good salata cheese. I added a few tablespoons of grated pecorino cheese and some fresh ground black pepper when serving.
