- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- Butter size of an egg (about 3 oz.)
- 2 squares bakers’ chocolate
- Put all ingredients into a heavy saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes making sure it doesn’t stick
- Remove from heat
- Beat with a whisk until cooled down and then put into a dish to harden.
