Mom’s Broccoli


  • Broccoli cut into bite-sized pieces
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Hot Pepper Flakes


  • Heat frying pan coating the bottom with olive oil
  • Add broccoli to heated oil
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and hot red pepper flakes
  • Cook at medium-high heat until crisp but cooked (about 10 minutes)
