Mom’s Easy Buttermilk Bisquits


  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup plain yogurt


  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  • In a large bowl, combine Bisquick and yogurt (you may need a bit more Bisquick if dough is sticky)
  • Sprinkle Bisquick on your flat surface and knead the dough about 5 times. Roll into 1/2 inch thickness and cut with biscuit cutter or glass dipped in Bisquick. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes and serve.
