Baked Brie with Fig Jam

This baked brie is a very simple and elegant appetizer to serve with a holiday meal or special occasion. You can top it with any topping you favor. I topped mine with diced figs, craisins, peach jam, a drizzle of honey, and chopped nuts. The fruit, jam, and honey offered a sweet element while the salted nuts created a nice texture and a salty contrast to the creamy and melting cheese.
