Balsamic Vinaigrette is a good dressing to have in the fridge. It will bring life to most anything. Add this balsamic vinaigrette to your favorite salad. Include some blue cheese, croutons, and sliced chicken and make this a meal. Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette onto grilled fish or chicken to add a flavor boost.
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Whisk the vinegar in a bowl with the brown sugar, garlic, salt and pepper until sugar and salt dissolves. Then whisk in the oil bit by bit, whisking constantly. Taste and adjust the seasonings.
