Fresh Herb Goat Cheese Spread


My sister-in-law served this delicious Fresh Herb Goat Cheese Spread at Thanksgiving and the recipe is a keeper.  The ingredients are simple, but fresh and the taste is amazing!

Toni, my sister-in-law said that she made it one day early so that the flavors had time to meld.





  • 1 log fresh mild goat cheese (1/2 lb)
  • 2 T minced fresh chives
  • 2 T minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 T minced fresh dill
  • 1 clove garlic, minced


  • Mix all ingredients and store in air tight container or jar (It is best to make this one day in advance so that the flavors have time to meld.)
  • Serve on baguette toasts
