As usual, when it comes to this time of year I am always looking for something delicious and different to make for the holidays. I will grant you, Thanksgiving has not yet come and I am thinking of my Christmas menu.
I found this recipe for Lamb Osso Bucco on the Food Network website and decided that this is what I will be serving for my Christmas Eve dinner. I did see the warning (which I’ve included below) that this recipe has not been “tested for home use.” That isn’t slowing me down. I can do this. I am planning to serve my Lamb Osso Bucco on garlic mashed potatoes and a side of apricot-glazed baby carrots. I figure the stock can be made the day before to make life easier on Christmas Eve.
