Ricotta Doughnuts – Zeppole

Deep fried doughnuts and zeppole are unlike anything else. They are amazing just out of the oil with a sprinkle of sugar. The key to making these Ricotta Doughnuts is having enough oil to deep fry them. I own a deep fryer which makes it really easy. If you don’t own a deep fryer, you can use a pot filled with oil.

Simply delicious Ricotta Zeppole.  These are great to make for a party.  They will disappear as quickly as you put them onto the serving dish. You may want to make a double batch of these.
