Spinach Artichoke Ravioli Bake

This is a quick and easy recipe for a delicious spinach artichoke ravioli bake that can be prepared in moments and serves ten. It is a perfect recipe for that summer gathering when you are looking for a meal that isn’t grilled or picnic-like. Sometimes it is easiest to just pop something in the oven. I use my large toaster oven which I set up on the deck so that it doesn’t heat up the house.

Spinach Artichoke Ravioli Bake


Serves 10

22 ounces frozen ravioli
1 1/2cups mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
16 ounces (one can) artichoke hearts
5 ounces spinach, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon garlic salt


  • In a large bowl, mix sour cream, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, artichoke hearts, spinach, milk, and garlic salt.
  • Pour a third of the spinach artichoke mixture in a large glass baking tray and spread it evenly over the bottom.
  • Line the tray with frozen ravioli, spread more mixture over top the ravioli, then spread the rest of the ravioli in the tray and cover that with remaining mixture.
  • Bake in the oven at 375ºF for 30–35 minutes or until browned.
