Susan’s Cheesecake

Filling:

  • 2 8oz. bars Cream Cheese
  • 1-1/2 tbs. Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup Sugar

Crust:

  • 1 cup + 4 heaping tbs. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 beaten Egg
  • 1 stick melted Butter or Margarine

Other:

  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Combine “crust” and roll into a ball.  Place in a well-greased springform pan and (with hands) bring up sides of the pan (at least halfway up) and distribute evenly over bottom.  Blend “filling” thoroughly in blender.  Pour into crust & sprinkle with Cinnamon.  Bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes until crust and top are golden.
