Susan’s Cheesecake

Filling:

2 8oz. bars Cream Cheese

1-1/2 tbs. Flour

2 Eggs

1-1/2 cups Milk

1 tsp Vanilla

1 cup Sugar

 

Crust:

1 cup + 4 heaping tbs. Flour

1 tsp Baking Powder

½ cup Sugar

1 beaten Egg

1 stick melted Butter or Margarine

 

Other:

Ground Cinnamon

 

Combine “crust” and roll into a ball.  Place in well-greased springform pan and (with hands) bring up sides of pan (at least half way up) and distribute evenly over bottom.  Blend “filling” thoroughly in blender.  Pour into crust & sprinkle with Cinnamon .  Bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes until crust and top are golden.
