- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 (14 oz) cans of chicken broth
- 8 oz. Cheese tortellini
- 1 (15 oz.) can chopped spinach, undrained
- 1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, undrained & cut up
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- In large saucepan, over medium-high heat:
- cook garlic in butter for 2-3 minutes.
- Add broth and tortellini.
- Heat to a boil, reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes.
- Add spinach and tomatoes, simmer 5 minutes more.
